Prior to returning faulty items to the address above, please email willaandme@outlook.com with notes explaining the fault.
Receipt number and photographs if applicable for us to deem if the product is FAULTY and requires replacing.
Packing & Dispatch – please allow 1-2 business days from order placement if you order over the weekend or a public holiday your order will be dispatched the next business day.
