Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged.

All other items for change mind or exchanges for size are fully refundable if items are returned as NEW when purchased, not washed or worn and tags still present.

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Prior to returning faulty items to the address above, please email with notes explaining the fault.

Receipt number and photographs if applicable for us to deem if the product is FAULTY and requires replacing.

Shipping & Cart Policy

Packing & Dispatch – please allow 1-2 business days from order placement if you order over the weekend or a public holiday your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Willa + Me Home uses the services of Australia Post and Sendle for shipping.
Standard. Express and lnternational options are available.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of their receipt (except on weekends and public holidays). We offer complimentary shipping for website orders over S150.

Click & Collect – your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours unless you are contacted by the store.

Cart & Shipping Information – please ensure you provide the correct contact number & email address. If you do not provide a correct number you may miss out on important shipping information. When your order is shipped, our shipping partner will send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily track the progress of your order.
